UMD Fellow Now FSRI Research Associate

Julie Bryant began working with UL's Fire Safety Research Institute (FSRI) as a graduate fellow in 2017, and is now a full-time Research Associate with the team. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Fire Protection Engineering from the University of Maryland in 2016. She is currently working on completing her Master’s Degree in Fire Protection Engineering at the University of Maryland. Her research evaluated thermal imagers. She is currently a volunteer Firefighter/EMT with the Morningside Volunteer Fire Department in Prince George’s County, MD.
