Ian Brady is currently a fire protection engineering graduate student at the University of Maryland (UMD) and is a Research Fellow with UL’s Fire Safety Research Institute (FSRI). Ian is a previous research intern and has a variety of research experiences both with FSRI and UMD. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Fire Protection Engineering in 2023 and anticipates earning his Master of Science in Fire Protection Engineering in 2025.
