Holli is a Research Scientist with UL's Fire Safety Research Institute (FSRI). She has a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola Marymount University and earned her master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Nevada, Reno, where her graduate work focused on statistical and machine learning within the healthcare domain.

Prior to joining the FSRI team, Holli served as Data Statistician for Prince George’s County Fire & EMS Department, where she worked to develop the organization’s research and data infrastructure, model fire & EMS response outcomes, and measure the impact of operational initiatives.
