Dustin Andres, in his role as Senior Research Amplification Lead at UL's Fire Safety Research Institute (FSRI), works on communications and outreach for the National Emergency Response Information System (NERIS). This project aims to enhance incident reporting across the United States. Previously, Dustin applied his expertise in digital development through consulting for organizations focused on global impact. His roles at the United Nations Foundation, the Centers for Disease Control, FHI 360, and People.ai have honed his skills in community engagement and customer experience management. A graduate with a bachelor's degree in International Studies from the University of Washington, Dustin has extensive on-the-ground experience, having lived and worked in more than 15 countries.
